  1. "Details entered are invalid, please enter valid details":
    This error indicates that the details you entered do not match the information we have on file for you. Please double-check that you have entered them correctly and in the correct format. Common mistakes include:

    • Membership Number: Should be 9 digits without any spaces.
    • NI Number: Must be in all capitals and have no spaces.
    • Date of Birth: Should be entered as DD/MM/YYYY, including the forward slashes.
