How long does a loan application take?

Understanding loan application timescales

After you submit a loan application, our team reviews your details, carries out checks, and may ask you to complete additional steps.
Most applications are reviewed within a few working days, although this can vary depending on the information required.

You do not need to contact us while your application is being reviewed. We will contact you if there is a problem or we need something.

What happens after you apply

Your application moves through the following stages:

  1. Application received

  2. Identity and affordability checks

  3. Documents requested (if needed)

  4. Agreement signed

  5. Final review

  6. Funds paid out (if approved)

Every application is assessed individually.

What you should do at each stage

After submitting your application

No action is required. Your application is in the review queue.

If we request documents

Return the requested documents in the app.
Once uploaded, they are automatically attached to your application and the team can review them.

After signing your agreement

No action is needed. The team automatically receives your signed agreement and continues processing your application.

After approval

If your loan is approved, the funds will be sent to you and will appear in your app account.

How you will receive updates

We will contact you directly if there is a problem or we need more information.

You can also check your account in the app. When the loan has been paid out, it will show there.

When you should contact us

Please contact us only if:

  • You cannot upload requested documents

  • You cannot access your account

  • You completed the last requested step and more than 2 working days have passed

  • You believe you entered incorrect information

If none of the above apply, your application is still being reviewed and no action is needed.
