How do I update my account details?

Options for changing your personal information

You can update personal details such as your address or phone number in a few different ways.

Online banking or app
The quickest option is to log in to the online portal or mobile app, where you can update your details yourself.

Secure message
If you’re unable to make the update online, you can send us a secure message through the app requesting the change.

By phone
You can also update your details by calling us on 0131 225 9901.

Change of details form
If none of the options above work for you, you can request a change of details form by emailing contactus@capitalcreditunion.com.

For security reasons, account detail updates cannot be completed through live chat.
