How do I update my account details?

You can update personal details, such as your address or phone number, in a few ways.

1. In the app or online banking. The quickest way. Log in and update your details yourself.
2. By secure message. If you can't make the change online, send us a secure message in the app.
3. By phone. Call us on 0131 225 9901.
4. With a change of details form. If none of these work for you, email contactus@capitalcreditunion.com to ask for a form.
