How to send a secure message in the app or online banking

Secure messaging lets you contact us safely about your account without sharing personal or financial information by email. All account-specific queries should be sent this way.


Sending a secure message in the app

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Tap the three lines in the top left corner to open the menu
  3. Select Secure Messages
  4. Tap Compose Secure Message at the bottom of the screen
  5. Write your message and tap Send

We will reply in the same secure message area.


Sending a secure message in online banking (browser)

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Select the envelope icon
  3. Choose Compose Secure Message
  4. Write your message and press Send

Your reply will appear in your Secure Messages inbox.


When to use secure messaging

Use secure messaging for any of the following:

  • Questions about your loan application
  • Anything involving personal or financial information
  • Sending documents to us
  • Account updates or queries

We cannot discuss account details by standard email.

Is secure messaging safe? Yes. Messages are sent within your logged-in account and are protected.

Can I reply to a secure message from you? Yes. Open the message and reply within the secure message area.

How will I know when you have replied? You may receive a notification from the app. You can also log in and check your Secure Messages inbox at any time.

If you cannot access secure messaging, please contact us by phone and we can help you regain access.
