Sending a secure message through the app
To send a secure message through the app, follow these steps:
- Log into the app and select the three lines (burger menu) at the top left corner of the screen.
- Choose Secure Messages from the menu.
- Tap on Compose Secure Message at the bottom of the screen.
If you are using the online portal (website), you will need to select the envelope icon instead of navigating through the burger menu.
This will allow you to securely communicate with us regarding your inquiries or concerns.
