I can see my loan in the app but haven’t received the funds yet — why is this?
Understanding when your loan funds will be paid
If you can see your loan balance in the app, this means your loan has been set up and the balance shown is the amount you owe.
At this stage, your loan funds are in the process of being released. Once the loan appears in your app, the funds should be paid into the bank account you provided in your loan agreement by 5pm on the same working day.
