How to recover your details and reset your password
If you’ve lost your login details or membership number, follow these steps:

Click "Account Locked or Lost your Login Details" at the bottom of the login screen.

Depending on what you need:
- Password Reset: Fill in the required details on the screen and proceed. You may need to complete a verification check before you are allowed to reset your password.
- Membership Number: Select "Forgot your membership number? Click here to retrieve". You will be asked for personal details, and your membership number will be sent to the phone number we have on file.
- If your phone number is out of date, you will need to call us at 0131 225 9901 update this or email contactus@capitalcreditunion.com to request a changes form.
