I’ve lost my login details or membership number — what do I do?
How to recover your details and reset your password
If you’ve lost your login details or membership number, you can recover them directly from the login screen.
To get started:

Select Account locked or lost your login details at the bottom of the login screen.

Choose the option that applies to you.
Resetting your password
If you’ve forgotten your password, follow the on-screen instructions and enter the required details.
You may be asked to complete a verification check before you can reset your password.
Retrieving your membership number
If you’ve forgotten your membership number, select Forgot your membership number? Click here to retrieve.
You’ll be asked for some personal details, and your membership number will be sent to the phone number we have on file.
If your phone number is no longer correct, please contact us to update your details:
