Options for changing personal information

To update your account information, such as your address or phone number, you have several options:

  1. Online Portal or App: You can make the updates yourself by logging into the online portal or app.

  2. Secure Message: If you encounter any issues updating your details online, please send us a secure message requesting your updates.

  3. Phone: You can also update your details by calling us at 0131 225 9901.

  4. Changes Form: If none of the above methods work, you can request a changes form by emailing us at contactus@capitalcreditunion.com.
