Once you have contacted your child benefit agency and updated your details to our account, your next child benefit payment should be directed to us. Please be aware that if you made the change just before your benefit was due, it may take an additional payment cycle for the update to take effect.Once we receive your child benefit, we will pay it directly into your account. If you are also waiting for a loan, we will pay out both your excess child benefit and the loan funds simultaneously once we have received the benefit payment.
