How do I register for the app or online banking?
Activating your account the first time you log in
Once we've texted you to confirm your membership is complete, you can register for the app and online banking. You'll need your membership number and your personal details.
The Capital app is free on iOS and Android.
Register the first time
- Open the app, or go to the online banking login page.
- Select Activate Now and follow the steps to set up your account.
- Next time, log in using the Existing Member? Log in below section.

Saving your login details
Your phone or browser may offer to save your login details. Only do this on your own device, never on a shared or public one, and use a screen lock or fingerprint or face recognition on your phone.
