When will my withdrawal or loan payout reach my bank account?

Withdrawals from your savings account and loan payouts are processed in the same way.

The time you receive the funds depends on when the transaction is actioned.

• If the transaction is actioned before 3pm, the funds should reach your bank account by the end of the same working day.

• If the transaction is actioned after 3pm, the funds should reach your bank account by 12pm the next working day.

Please note that weekends and bank holidays are not working days.

How can I tell if my loan payout has been actioned?

You can check this in your app.

If your loan account shows an outstanding balance, this means the payout has been processed.
