When will I receive my loan or withdrawal?
When money reaches your bank account, and how to tell your loan has been paid out
Loan payouts and withdrawals from your savings are sent to your bank account in the same way.
When the money arrives
We send payments at two cut-off times each working day: 10am and 3pm.
- If your payment is made before a cut-off, it usually reaches your bank account a couple of hours after that cut-off.
- If it's made after 3pm, it goes with the 10am payments on the next working day.
Weekends and bank holidays aren't working days.
Has my loan been paid out?
Check your account in the app. If your loan shows a balance, your loan has been paid out and the money is on its way to the bank account in your loan agreement.
If your loan isn't showing yet, it's still being processed. How long that takes depends on how quickly any documents are completed and returned, and how busy our lending team is. It can take a little longer at busy times, such as around Christmas. See How long does a loan application take?
When to contact us
Contact us if:
- the money hasn't arrived by the time above
- you haven't heard from us within a few working days of completing everything we asked for
